I was helping my Son buy a small SUV and was recommended by a friend to contact Ross at Chelmsford Street Auto. We negotiated a fabulous deal without even seeing the car and when we did finally see it, it was like a brand new one (Nissan Rogue). Ross also walked us through a 3rd party warranty which I normally shy away from, but in this case, it was a great option that we took it. My Son has been driving it for a week now and came to visit us in it over the weekend. He loves it and so do we! Thanks heaps Ross! Such a pleasure to work with you.

I worked with Andre and Ross to purchase a "new to me" SUV. From start to finish, I was at ease, engaged in conversation, and there was no pressure. Andre had the SUV ready for a test drive when we arrived. Ross presented all the finance option without any surprise fees. The service crew did an amazing job detailing it before we left the lot. My husband and I looked at many reviews, and selected Chelmsford Street Auto Sales in Lowell, MA to find a pre-used Dodge Caravan in good condition and at a fair price. From our first telephone inquiry speaking with Ross Jefferson, Finance Manager, through our visit to Chelmsford Street Auto Sales to see the car we had viewed online (in pristine condition inside and out), to the day we drove our cherry red new-looking Dodge Caravan home, Ross was a pleasure to work with. Chelmsford Street Auto is the go to. I found a car online and used one of the numbers on the contact list and immediately got a reply back. At the dealership, I was approached and told Ross I was there to see a truck. He got the truck, pulled it around and explained how they get their inventory and the safety checks they perform before, which was a relief to hear how they operate. I was also trading in a vehicle and Ross worked with me to get the final numbers to where I was comfortable with. Overall experience was very pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend buying from them!

We were in a time crunch to replace a car for my daughter. I flew into Boston to make the mad scramble to find her a used Toyota Prius. I found Chelmsford Street Auto Sales had a used Prius on Cars.com. They were very clear and prompt communicators. I arrived there, took a quick test drive, and within minutes had the sale completed. I have to admit that I tend to be cautious when looking at independent auto sales dealers. However, after reading so many positive and detailed reviews, I felt very confident in Chelmsford Street Auto Sales. I would highly recommend buying a car from them.
