I was helping my Son buy a small SUV and was recommended by a friend to contact Ross at Chelmsford Street Auto. We negotiated a fabulous deal without even seeing the car and when we did finally see it, it was like a brand new one (Nissan Rogue). Ross also walked us through a 3rd party warranty which I normally shy away from, but in this case, it was a great option that we took it. My Son has been driving it for a week now and came to visit us in it over the weekend. He loves it and so do we! Thanks heaps Ross! Such a pleasure to work with you.

I worked with Andre and Ross to purchase a "new to me" SUV. From start to finish, I was at ease, engaged in conversation, and there was no pressure. Andre had the SUV ready for a test drive when we arrived. Ross presented all the finance option without any surprise fees. The service crew did an amazing job detailing it before we left the lot. The vehicle was well represented in the website photos. This was the right SUV, at the right time from the right dealership!

My husband and I looked at many reviews, and selected Chelmsford Street Auto Sales in Lowell, MA to find a pre-used Dodge Caravan in good condition and at a fair price. From our first telephone inquiry speaking with Ross Jefferson, Finance Manager, through our visit to Chelmsford Street Auto Sales to see the car we had viewed online (in pristine condition inside and out), to the day we drove our cherry red new-looking Dodge Caravan home, Ross was a pleasure to work with. Chelmsford Street Auto is the go to. I found a car online and used one of the numbers on the contact list and immediately got a reply back. At the dealership, I was approached and told Ross I was there to see a truck. He got the truck, pulled it around and explained how they get their inventory and the safety checks they perform before, which was a relief to hear how they operate. I was also trading in a vehicle and Ross worked with me to get the final numbers to where I was comfortable with. Overall experience was very pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend buying from them!

We were in a time crunch to replace a car for my daughter. I flew into Boston to make the mad scramble to find her a used Toyota Prius. I found Chelmsford Street Auto Sales had a used Prius on Cars.com. They were very clear and prompt communicators. I arrived there, took a quick test drive, and within minutes had the sale completed. I have to admit that I tend to be cautious when looking at independent auto sales dealers. However, after reading so many positive and detailed reviews, I felt very confident in Chelmsford Street Auto Sales. I would highly recommend buying a car from them. They were professional, courteous, helpful, efficient, and felt like they treated me with care.

My husband and I sold our motorcycles and decieded to get a convertable for summer fun! I went on line and started to look and found this beautiful c70 Volvo convertable at a dealership in Lowell Ma! We live in Maine and so we drove 3 hours to Lowell one afternoon after work!! Long story short we bought the car and there were a few thing that they needed do to it before we could bring it home so they offered to truck it to the Kittery where we would pick it up and drive it to Oxford! Had a few problems by the time I got it home and took it to our mechanic and there were several thing that had to be checked out ! I was not happy!! So called the service dept. and told Paul that I wasn't pleased and he said he wouldn't be either and that they would come to Oxford and put it on the truck and take it back to be fixed!! I'm thinking by this time that I must have been out of my mind buying a car in Ma.! Well Never having met Paul in person, I'm thinking that I'am probably "screwed"! Not the case at all....Paul and his crew took the car and went all over it and fixed everything that needed fixing and then he drove it to the NH rest area with his lovely wife in tow to give him a ride home after delivering the car back to me! I honestly can not say enough good about the service that these people gave me......So if you are looking for a car and find one in Ma online, make sure it is at Cstreet Auto in Lowell and you will have the best car buying experience of a lifetime. They are wonderful folks to work with and if you aren't satisfied they will do whatever it takes! The whole gang is great right from Ross who is head of sales to Paul head of the service dept. They will bent over backwards to make you happy (did that for me)!! So if I ever buy a car out of state again it most definately would be from C STREET AUTO ! Thanks Paul, Ross and all of you!
