Bought a truck from Ross at Chelmsford st auto basically without seeing it. Ross was straight forward and didn’t try to change things upon me. Truck was as expected and came from 5 hours away to buy the truck. Ross was very easy to work with and honest about the condition of the truck. Will check in with them before I buy my next vehicle.

Rafael Almonte - we feel went above and beyond. I had sent an e-mail regarding a vehicle on the lot, he immediately got back to me by sending a video, we we thought was wonderful and very personable. When we arrived the car was ready for us to test drive, My daughter is a first time car owner, no credit to speak of. He spent the time to get her a really good monetarily payment and interest rate. Rafael was not pleased with the institutions that got back to him, so he continued to search. I am so happy to report my daughter has a car and is extremely pleased how everything went. I was helping my Son buy a small SUV and was recommended by a friend to contact Ross at Chelmsford Street Auto. We negotiated a fabulous deal without even seeing the car and when we did finally see it, it was like a brand new one (Nissan Rogue). Ross also walked us through a 3rd party warranty which I normally shy away from, but in this case, it was a great option that we took it. My Son has been driving it for a week now and came to visit us in it over the weekend. He loves it and so do we! Thanks heaps Ross! Such a pleasure to work with you.

I worked with Andre and Ross to purchase a "new to me" SUV. From start to finish, I was at ease, engaged in conversation, and there was no pressure. Andre had the SUV ready for a test drive when we arrived. Ross presented all the finance option without any surprise fees. The service crew did an amazing job detailing it before we left the lot. My husband and I looked at many reviews, and selected Chelmsford Street Auto Sales in Lowell, MA to find a pre-used Dodge Caravan in good condition and at a fair price.
